Called on a Sunday evening. The owner answered, told me the 2 hour window of time he could be there the next day and showed up well within that window. I'm so used to having to follow up with people that I was about to do it when he knocked on my door. Did a great and speedy job and guarantees his work. Recommended. Thanks!
