Super knowledgeable about the human body and beyond....even sent me home with some personal tips and some very helpful stretches to further my recovery. Dr Dina is awesome, the best chiropractor I have ever visited. I can't say enough good things about her. I'm new to the Benicia area, so I feel I hit the jackpot when I googled chiropractors and found her.
She is friendly, honest, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I was experiencing some serious pain and I thought I would have to be seen for some time, but after being under her expert care, I improved quickly and the issue was resolved.

Doc Dina put me back on my feet again. I really couldn't put my shoes on in the morning, and after she adjusted me I'm back to where I want to be. She also showed me the exercises I need to do to keep me out of her office and even called me up the next day to check on how I was doing. Professional, understanding, competent, concerned.
