My brother and I looking for a nice quiet place to hang out and pretend we were fishing... Smile. Sat and talked for a long time peaceful people jogging and walking and taking their pets out for walks. Everything nice. Beautiful scenery at Waterfront. Boats ships Birds Kama even a seal... this has always been a good place for my wife and I to get out and get away from the house on those slow days when we just want to get outside... Independence Park is a consistent cool place to be. Walking distance of the library and other City entities... Downtown is right down the street from Independence Park. It's a definite winner...
