I am more than grateful and proud to say for having Bandy as my daughter's voice lesson teacher. Aside from Bandy being a professional, it is such an experience of a lifetime and an honor for my daughter to be a part of her class. No words can explain how grateful I am for giving my daughter an opportunity to be a part of her class. She's such a great teacher and mentor to my daughter and I would say we developed a very good friendly relationship. Thank you for also being flexible with the schedules! She's a great listener as well! Bandy always have that positive outlook in life. A very optimistic person who always has that smile on her face filled with joy and laughter. Thanks for believing in my daughter. You have helped her develop her voice and gain self confidence. Thank you for continuing to provide a fun and joyful lessons. My daughter will treasure this ongoing experience with you for a lifetime. More power to your company!!! Bandy is such a great teacher. She made my voice more powerful, agile, & dynamic in such a short amount of time, and my range has improved tremendously. I can already tell that I’ve improved so much in just a couple of months & am much more confident singing and performing. Thank you Bandy!!!😊💗

Tate throughly explained the problem and multiple solutions over and over agin until we were comfortable with our decision to get a completely new unit. If you use this company ask for Tate, you will not regret it! They now have life long customers.

Bandylyn is one of the most passionate and talented voice teachers out there. Through all her years of experience teaching, she has mastered the art of teaching a person how to sing. She can bring out the best in any person no matter what level the person is when it comes to singing. She has a good ear for improving her students singing voice and she also teaches stage performance that will break the ice of any shy person on stage. Her lessons are structured in a way that noticeable improvements in her students singing voice can be heard and experienced as time goes on. I can say this is true about Bandylyn because I experienced it myself as one of her students. Aside from her role as a voice teacher in my life, she is also a good friend of mine. She has a good heart and a woman of God. If I can give more than 5 stars in this review I will. It's so worth it to take Bandylyns lessons!!! :)

Thank you for the same day service vs. over a week with my last repair company! The technician, Phil, was extremely courteous and professional. The price of service was about $60 cheaper than previous company. I especially like that Dufrene’s gave a 2 hour time frame and then a text message when the technician was on the way.

We called Dufrene's, for the first time, the last week of May 2019, after noticing our 2 year old unit wasn't cooling efficiently. The office was very polite and sent Tommy out the next day. Tommy was prompt for the scheduled visit. He expertly diagnosed that our coils were leaking. He explained our options, including replacing our unit inside and out, with a newer more efficient unit. They had a special promotion and we opted for a new unit. Rance and Brandon worked tirelessly in the heat to install the unit. We were extremely impressed with their professional, expert installation and clean up. Very personable and courteous throughout the entire process. Tommy came out in less than 2 weeks to evaluate everything. Overall a pleasant experience. We would recommend Dufrene's to anyone in need of their services.

From the beginning of the process with Phil to the install with Tray, Rance, & Brandon was painless and even fun. Those guys provide superb customer service! They treat your whole family like their own. Dufrene’s definitely has quality service employees!!!

Dufrene's has been doing all of my AC service and maintenance since I bought my first home 3 years ago. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I signed up for their "membership", which means I only pay $29 anytime I have an AC issue, no matter if it is on the weekend or at night. They also come out and give my system a maintenance twice a year for free. Not to mention the saving that I get from it on all service calls. All in all i would recommend this company to anyone who needs AC service, in fact, I do all of the time. They are the best around for sure.
