The brick plaza at Guerneville's town center makes for a quaint and picturesque concert venue. The plaza lies at the base of Guerneville's circa 1922 metal truss walking bridge and is adjacent to Guerneville River Park and a short stroll to Main Street shops and Johnson's Beach.
On the south side of the river (same side as the house) you can walk to the Guerneville River Park (.3 mile), Pee Wee Golf (0.2 mile), and a kid's playground (0.3 mile) with tennis and basketball courts. Light sleepers, folks with kids and dogs should be aware the neighbor has a boisterous group of dogs.
