(September 13, 2019, 3:09 pm)I'm currently doing what I call Modified Downsy Upsie on Pony Trail, by modified I mean I descend from the top of the trail, to the overhanging tree which is approximately a 10 minute walk from the base of the trail, and then I turn around a go back to the top. It takes about half an hour, and in my opinion, is equivalent to a 20-30 minute jog in terms of metabolic output, in other words, its exactly the length a duration and intensity level that I am currently comfortable doing on a daily basis, did I mention it was a steep trail? It is.
