(November 5, 2022, 5:27 pm)Wonderful chocolate. Wonderful people. I discovered Sjaak's chocolate 6 or 7 years ago at a little local natural grocery store while I was visiting Daytona beach. I would always make it a point to stop in there when in the area and stock up. At the time I was vegan and it was HARD to find truly delicious, creamy chocolate that didn't have dairy in it.
So when I came to visit my BF in Santa Rosa I knew we had to stop at the Sjaak's headquarters just next door in Petaluma.
We thought it was going to be a whole store, but it's actually their distribution headquarters.
There is only a tiny storefront, but it is WORTH a stop!
Robert was SO friendly and nice to us, and fun + generous with samples.
He was more than happy to walk us though what they had and pull anything from the back for us.
We left with a couple bags of goodies (and there's a good chance I'll stop back for more before I leave town). Thank you guys!
