I feel truly grateful to have found Dr. Lemesh. He is not your typical chiropractor, let alone your typical practitioner. Aside from being incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his methods and practices, he cares greatly about your individual needs and how best to holistically heal your whole body, not just perform a quick fix. Don't expect brief appointments with just a spinal adjustment. His approach with deep fascial massage therapy has been a huge component of my personal healing for long-term pain and trauma in upper back and neck, and hips and glutes. I feel better than I have in years and so highly recommend him.

Due to chronic, degenerative lumbar problems, I was drawn to contact Dr. Lemesh months before we moved to Petaluma after I read his website. I am still so impressed with the variety of methods he utilizes along with his underlying values and philosophy.
Dr. Lemesh is not a “typical” idea of a chiropractor. He is the first chiropractor I have worked with who took the time to review a detailed health history with me. He is, also, a companionable Spirit Guide whose compassionate care is very grounding. His nature, combined with his techniques, stay with me long after I leave his office.
Dr. Lemesh’s enormously varied repertoire of restorative methods has helped me achieve so much more stability and calm on a physical, emotional, and spiritual nature than I had hoped. His work helps me release “trapped healing energies” via deep tissue work, cranial-sacral sessions, adjustments, and more.
I so highly recommend Dr. Lemesh that my husband began working with him. He, now, is enjoying improved knee and low-back functioning thanks to Dr. Lemesh’s methods. Worth mentioning, of course, is that the healthier WE are, the more our friends and loved ones enjoy life as well since we can be more present and active with them.
Dr. Lemesh offers such a well-rounded, Yin and Yang world of chiropractic, that we cannot recommend him highly enough. My husband and I have benefited, and we wish the same for everyone seeking wellness.

My experience with Brian started when i got injured in the boxing ring. I was sparrring, with who i thought was a friend, and took a hook to the left side of my neck. That punch to the neck had me hurt and out of the boxing game for about a year. My back pain was constant and I was just dealing with it until I scheduled an appointment with Brian. Brian really cares about what he does and is really easy to talk to. His approach to healing made me comfortable and cared for even when I was in pain from my back. I go to Brian whenever I feel like I'm locking up and need to be readjusted. Overall Brian is one of the most caring and hands on people in petaluma for chiropractic care.

Having now been adjusted by over a dozen Chiropractors, it is clear that Brian is a truly exceptional Chiropractor, and a true healer. And very thorough. His visits usually last half an hour--double or triple the time most DC's spend--for the same price. Unlike almost every other Chiro I've seen, he first works on the tight muscles surrounding a tweaked spinal segment before adjusting it--which made his adjustment the longest lasting I've ever experienced. When he adjusted my neck, my chronic problem area, he adjusted only the vertebrae that were out; unlike most chiros who "shotgun" the area, unnecessarily adjusting segments that don't need it. His thoracic technique is extremely smooth, unlike 90% of the other DC's I've seen who can be quite rough in that area. He is also exceptionally intuitive, understanding emotional causality in chronically subluxating spinal segments; and suggesting self-help treatment strategies to correct said imbalances. He doesn't "push" tons of care either, unlike many other Chiros, and is quite fair in indicating how many treatments will be needed to correct a problem. Overall, he is a truly exceptional practitioner, and a bargain at his current rates.
