My Mother has been in and out of other post acute rehabilitation several times now.
After checking her in at Hillcrest Post Acute, I was finally able to let go and relax.
I was met by Robert, who immediately began to organize care, post care, insurance, nurse and doctor check ins, Everything that was needed. He did this with light hearted humor and lots of good will. Things were obviously hectic and fast paced but with sense of energy, detail and presence I appreciated.
Each day I could see my mother getting stronger with the rehab she was receiving. Unlike my past experiences that she was just resting in bed with her own TV until insurance cut her off.
I am grateful to have received such good care for both my mother and myself.
My dad was here after he had a terrible fall at home at the end of August. He’s not an easy man to deal with and the staff did wonderful with him. The therapist did an amazing job getting him strong. He was able to return back home independently with a walker. The staff were all responsive and took good care of dad. I am so grateful for these folks!
My mother in law was taken to Hillcrest after surgery, she has dementia so she's not very verbal. The staff is beyond competent, warm and nurturing. I am so thankful to the entire staff for making sure she was taken care of like she was a family member, it certainly took a lot of stress off my wife and father in law.
Thank you Post Acute, you guys are true hero's!
Forever grateful to Hillcrest Post Acute Care for the last 8-10 years of caring for my mom with Alzheimers/ Dementia requiring round the clock care. They were proactive in nutrition-meal plans so my mom would not choke, physical therapy to help maintain her muscle memory when my mom was still able to walk with help and exceptional compassionate care at the time of her passing. I always had peace of mind that mom was ok there unlike per previous facility.
I highly recommend HPAC for those who require services for their loved ones with RN level care.
My mother, who has dementia, spent several days there recently, waiting to be transferred to a memory care facility. She was treated with kindness and patience. The director, Robert, went above and beyond what anyone would expect, many times. He kept me well informed, as did those dealing with her on a daily basis. I cannot say enough positive things about Hillcrest.
