5 stars for customer service, alterations, quick turnaround, and competitive pricing. They have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Fabulous at dealing with very delicate fabrics. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Sonoma County for dry cleaning.

I called them this morning and the gentleman I spoke to wasn't able to take our cleaning due to the size and age. He did however explain the reason in a very understandable manner and was honest as well as telling me things to expect from other cleaners such as a release form. I really appreciated that.

I was looking for a place for my wedding dress to get pressed. I was so pleased to have my dress ready in time for my wedding. It looks so amazing. I was treated so kindly and felt comfortable leaving my wedding dress in good hands. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable dry cleaner.

Reasonable rates with non-toxic products. The woman who ran it was friendly and helpful. She even told me it would be ready a day earlier at no extra charge when I told her I was going out of town. My suit came out clean and nicely pressed. I'd definitely use NBC again and recommend it to friends and family.

I always use Natures Best Cleaners. Liz is always so accommodating and helpful when I have time sensitive needs. She does an amazing job there. Ive been using NBC for a couple years now and I cant see using anyone else. Out of the hundreds and hundreds of items I've dropped off over that time, I've only found one or two very minor things, and when I mentioned them Liz promptly took care of the issue before I left the store. Liz could not do better in the area of customer service and her prices are very reasonable considering the service. For $2.50 I get a washed and pressed shirt that I can wear to work or anywhere and know I am looking sharp and polished. I hope you take the time to give NBC a chance if you haven't before, you will be very happy with the results.
