“I tried this place out because a) it was close to my place, so my ailing car didn't need to travel far b) a friend reviewed this place and loves it! Who wouldn't try a place that a friend likes?!? I called on a Thursday, got my car in and fixed on Friday. They were quick and thorough with the diagnostics, and informed me of a few things that needed replacing in the future. Unlike other places I've visited, they showed me my main issue (spark plugs) and showed me why the other parts should be replaced in the future. Nowhere have I been to a place where they show me what the issues were. I'd recommend this place for anyone, car inclined or not. They are friendly and knowledgeable, with competitive/fair prices”

She's had the same hearing aids for the past 7 years and was due for some new ones since technology has changed. I found a Kenwood Hearing Center that was very close to our house which is convenient. I set up an appointment for my mom to get a baseline hearing test and also see what her options were. The person that assisted us was Lee. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable in answering our questions we had about the tests and products that fit my mom's needs. Long story short after testing out different types of hearing aids for my mom, we ended up purchasing her a pair. Overall Lee did an outstanding job and gave us a great customer experience. I highly recommend anyone in need to visit this particular hearing center in Petaluma.”
