Quick and friendly service.

We have gone to three different locations Vallejo Petaluma Rohnert park multiple times each and had three completely different experiences. The menus were different at each location ...didn't care for that much. We ordered the same drink at all 3 places and they tasted different every time. In our opinion Vallejo that had a line out the door was our favorite food drinks and service , Petaluma 2nd Rohnert Park was a disappointment

I do not like chunkies in my drink. I prefer hot tea with a touch of honey and lemon. That being said their hazelnut milk tea with coffee jelly is phenomenal! Finally something I'll drink from a bubble tea place! :)

This is one of those places where you have to know what to order. I love it because I always order a milk tea or a snow, but the brewed teas are usually over brewed which makes them bitter. The staff is nice but it takes a long time to get your drink. A plus is that they have a huge selection and if you don’t like what you get you can always try something new the next time. I think that most of the time the drinks are great, but I don’t suggest coming here if your tight on time.

I'm new to the boba tea world and the person at the register was super nice and explained things I didn't even know were options, like popping boba? And different sweetness levels?? It was great and QUICK service.
