“WOW!!! When my family of 5 was without hot water Mel took great care of us! I was referred to Mel Bowers, local small business owner, by my water heater manufacturer to repair a recalled water heater. Mel himself answered the call, took the time to listen and completely understand my situation, and he helped me understand what had happened (the manufacturer had been dodgy about disclosing the full truth). Mel took the initiative to take all my information and reference number and contact the manufacturer directly to insure that the correct parts where shipped. He had hot water service back in the house in 4 business hours (the manufacturer said I would have to be out of hot water for minimum 2 days of shipping and the time it took for the plumber to come). The plumber who came to the house was knowledgeable and skilled, polite, and fast! Mel really understands what it is like for his customers to be without working plumbing and he cares! It is clear that Mel takes great pride in the quality of service he provides and customer satisfaction. I can not speak to his prices (cost was paid by the manufacturer), but I can say that Mel is a friendly reliable man with quality values and hard working friendly staff. Thanks Mel.”

“Snyder Lane is a main artery through Rohnert Park which has paved streets to walk on. And it is very safe to walk here.Golf Course Drive runs perpendicular to Snyder Lane. You can walk directly to Golis Park from Golf Course. You see people, some with dogs, walking all the time. Occasionally you have to share the sidewalk with a kid riding their bicycle but it's safe. It's a great area to walk through.”
