The front desk always seem to be enjoying there day from friendly hellos greeting every patron that walks in, to providing complimentary towel service for your hefty workout regimen. Granted for the price you pay you should only expect free towels, but none the less the offer is nice. The machines are CLEAN and new so instructions on machines you've never seen before in your life are legible and descriptive. The exercise rooms are HUGE and welcoming whether you're there for a specific class or just to enjoy some peace and quiet in your routine. The tools you'll need to succeed are all at your feet with WALLS stretching out full of weights, balls, mats, steps, you name it. The pool, although outdoors, is beautiful and begs for a dip. The locker rooms are clean and cruise-less so you'll always feel at peace about displaying your body for the room to see. Bottom line is that at this specific location you're surrounded by people who are there for the common goal. Stay healthy, keep fit, and change your life.”

“The south bound 101 Park and Ride is easy access to buses headed to Marin and San Francisco counties in the early morning for working people. Check with Golden Gate Transit for bus schedules. Parking is FREE for bus riders. One draw back is that occasionally a trucker will park in the lot and block ten parking spaces. And if your there for the 5:30 a.m. or 5:40 a.m. bus, you will mutter something.”
