My wife and I were moving to Santa Rosa from several hundred miles away, and we were taking our business with us. We needed to find a warehouse to lease. I reached out first to several other commercial brokers that appeared first in Google's search results, and none of them bothered to respond. When I found Peter's website and contacted him, he responded promptly and put together an itinerary of properties to see. We ended up leasing one of them, and I don't know how we would have done it without him. He stayed on top of the situation, coordinating with the lessor and lessor's agent as well as the company doing the tenant improvements, and he always made sure things were moving along without my prompting. It was nerve racking because we were also trying to find a home and coordinate moving a house and a business at the same time, but Peter was always calm and willing to help out in whatever way needed. When we were not able to get to the warehouse at the same time as the movers, he made himself available to open it up and allow them to deliver. He always did what he said he would do and never let us down. We couldn't be happier with how Peter handled everything, and we highly recommend him.
