  Just delicious! Amazing quality meat, fresh buns, homemade sauce... what else do you need?!! A good beer? They have it too! And all ingredients (even the beer) are local, so it's great for our local farmers/businesses. Oh and try the milk shake: my son has fallen in love with it and begs me on a daily basis to go get one :) I have and will go there again.

  We have been haunting this place ever since they hung out their shingle, and now that they are up and running? That’s a damn good burger! Our little town has a whole bunch of places serving up the venerable meat patty and West is by far doing it the best. They do a small fridge full of fresh grass fed steaks with a note that they buy a whole cow and take it apart for better burgers and better steaks. The basic burger has a couple extras, grilled almost caramelized onions, and a nice “special” sauce that bodes well. The fact that it’s grass fed beef only adds to the great flavor. My wife had the signature burger which is loaded with stuff, like light crunchy onion strips and bacon (might I add that the bacon is properly placed on the burger so that it covers the patty and not the obligatory X pattern that falls off the side that most lazy chefs do). The fries were excellently fried, crispy with an almost mashed potato center... Just right. I look forward to hitting up West whenever a burger is what’s called for.

  Waited so long for this spot and couldn’t be happier that it’s finally open. Fresh farm to table burgers and fries. Delicious food and adorable spot. Nothing not to love!

  Finally a place that appreciates food and only uses quality ingredients. Everything is made in house or from the local area. The burger is exploding with flavor and the atmosphere of the restaurant is unmatched. Looks like I finally found my new spot! If you get a chance talk with the owner and chef, Garrett. The guy is extremely passionate about food and people!

  What a wonderful addition to the Springs!!! Fresh, Hip, Modern, atmosphere and vibe. Loved our Truffle Burger, fries and Salted Caramel Shake - OH GOD.... AMAZING!! Love that they are sourcing local ingredients - actually walking the walk!! The meat is grass fed and tasted like the way meat USED to taste! We also enjoyed the Beer and Wine - local, again! We will be back often!
