“They have an inability to hear when speaking to them. They keep talking and don't stop. I was transferred to a "manager", who strangely was cut off. I dialed again and couldn't get through to anyone who knew anything. They appear to be crooked "debt collectors". They are trying to collect money from me for Verizon. I have 3 consecutive statements from Verizon, showing that Verizon owed me the money. I also have a photocopy of the check and the check stub that Verizon sent to me. I asked them to send to me a valid bill from Verizon that show that I owe the amount being claimed. The idiots didn't seem to understand. Either Chase Receivables is crooked - OR - Verizon is crooked!! ”

This one needed to be a custom color, bright pink. When I drove up to my house I thought they hadn’t installed it because the color match was so perfect. Love my new screen door!
