“I've stored my stuffs for over 4 years now and Angela was the manager when I started. Everything was always clean, no bugs or critters and Angela was the best! For the 1st time I had an issue so went into office about an hour ago to leave a note for Angela to contact me when she was in the office...SHE'S NO LONGER THERE! So far over the last week I've seen 3 different people in office and none of them could answer my question. The gentleman there today told me they haven't decided on a manager yet! I'm concerned about the quality of that storage facility. 4 plus years is a long investment, approx $10,000. Seriously thinking of leaving!”
