StorQuest Self Storage

I've stored my stuffs for over 4 years now and Angela was the manager when I started. Everything was always clean, no bugs or critters and Angela was the best! For the 1st time I had an issue so went into office about an hour ago to leave a note for Angela to contact me when she was in the office...SHE'S NO LONGER THERE! So far over the last week I've seen 3 different people in office and none of them could answer my question. The gentleman there today told me they haven't decided on a manager yet! I'm concerned about the quality of that storage facility. 4 plus years is a long investment, approx $10,000. Seriously thinking of leaving!

Second time renting from this facility in 20 years. Definitely lowest price in area, i checked two other facilities and they were at least $100 or more.

I really liked doing business there and the lady was so kind and helpful, very nice place.

When you check out on Storquest web site it states "our awesome manager will contact you soon" Funny!! But true, great customer service and very clean facilities.

Starting with our front desk experience was very nice to be received with a friendly greeting great sense of humor. Business looks to be kept in great conditions, from front office to walk to see our unit, she practiced safe Covid steps.
