(January 15, 2023, 10:14 am)This is more of a place to be rented for short term living rather than actual camping. It is a great location for someone with a tight budget who would like to live right on the river in either a travel trailer of which they own or in one of the small cabins that are available to be rented. The electric and garbage are included in the rent at 400 dollars bi weekly for an rv/trailer space. I believe the cost for the cabins runs a bit higher at 5 or 6 hundred bi weekly. There are two full sized large bathrooms available to all tenants, as well as a nice, fully functional washer/dryer set. It's rather muddy there with all the rain fall, it would greatly improve the overall property by adding peagravel to the driveway and parking areas.
