Emily was very helpful and patient with us! We were undecided with what car we wanted. She answered all my questions and super nice. We ended up with the VW ID.4 and so happy with our purchase! We traded in our old vehicle and it was a pretty smooth transaction. I would definitely recommend her!

I had a great experience yesterday buying my New car. Julio went above and beyond on helping get my new car. Everything went smoothly and Julio made the experience a great one. He was also kind on driving my car him so my wife didn’t have to pick my rental car. He was amazing.

We had a wonderful experience while purchasing our ID.4 today. Julio, our salesman was great! Very friendly and very knowledgeable about electric vehicles. He assisted us with navigating the EV world, including showing us how to use to EV charging stations. Even the finance team was amazing to work with. We got a fair price and they explained everything so that we knew exactly what we were signing. We came to visit a couple of times, not really expecting to buy right away, but Julio continued to give of his time graciously. When a car accident sped up our purchase, he was right on it to assist us and we completed the whole process within a few hours. I definitely recommend the whole dealership, but especially Julio and Cristobal(I hope this is correct). Thank you so much!!
