AAI Pest Control

Great company. However, they have a tendency to CHANGE your monthly schedule without your permission. It's very difficult to keep them on an agreed upon day of the week!

AAI Pest Control has been taking care of my home since 2004. The technicians make it a point to let me know (if I am in) that they will be spraying. I am sensitive to the chemicals used so they do a special dilution for me and I stay indoors. I have never had a desire to change service and found no reason to do so.
Recently I discovered they have a construction division which repairs water or inspect damages. I was horrified when I found what I thought was insect damage but turned out to be wood rot caused by a leaking area on the roof. They answered my call the very next day and promptly arranged to have everything fixed. These men are all specialists. They all have my gratitude. I found everyone, including the office staff, to be very professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this Company.

I have to say we've been pretty happy with AAI. They come as scheduled, technicians have been very nice and can't say we've had any real problems or had to call them back after they left. I would say if anything maybe a little more sweeping/brushing of the eaves and under ledges for spider webs, but otherwise it's been good.

I have had their service for more years than I'll tell you because they are terrific at what they do. I greatly appreciate them.

Bill came out to do an inspection and he was very professional. He did such a thorough inspection and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. I really appreciate the time that he spent with me and would highly recommend him. Loved him!
