Brooks Landing

Great apartment complex! It is extremely safe and I’ve never felt uncomfortable, plus it’s in one of the best areas in Modesto. The staff is great and whenever I submit a service request, it is completed within a day!

I really enjoyed my tour of the apartment today they were very clean I especially loved the hard wood flooring. The staff at brooks landing were very sweet and helpful. The property itself is very beautiful and very clean. If you are thinking about checking out brooks landing I say definitely look into their tours.

Such a nice community!

I toured this area on a Saturday while I was off work and loved this place! The landscaping is so nice and beautiful and is in such a great location. I got to tour the community room, pool, and inside an apartment. The apartment is beautiful with high ceilings, new flooring, new appliances and a modern style. The receptionist at the front of the office was very friendly and helpful and the office is nicely decorated.

I’m a new resident here at Brooks Landing. I will say my overall experience has been amazing. I really appreciate the communication from staff during the application process. A big thank you to Angela the assistant community director there. She has been so kind and helpful throughout the whole process, her efforts have definitely made it easy for me in choosing Brooks Landing as home. Maintenance has been prompt which I really appreciate. I love the community, it is always so clean, feels safe and is quiet.

It is a very safe and clean environment. with wonderful staff members that make you feel welcome.
the location is great;; close to supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants.
pool and Gym always clean and well maintain.
every time I need help fixing something it gets done fast and with a professional manner .
I live here with my two daughters and they are very happy that is a animal friendly community. We get to see our neighbors walking their dogs and some of them their cats. Talking to them about our pets and give each other advise about our pets.
