As an engineer by nature I do my homework. I was very impressed by the level of service and transparency. It is rare to find a salesman that does not play games and pretends to have to talk to a manager in the middle of negotiations. Ray, the owner of Stark Auto Sales knows his vehicles and as an owner has complete control of negotiations. I walked away with a pleasant experience and a good deal. Ray has gained my trust. I will go back to him for future purchases and recommend his car dealership to friends.
