Direct Appliance

Good selection of washing machine but the SpeedQueen I wanted was not available for 3 months. Went elsewhere and got a comparable size Hotpoint for half the price.

My wife and I came in to look for a wine fridge. We were taken care of by Chad.
We kind of knew what we wanted but Chad helped out a lot with what particular one would suit us.
My wife is a wine lover so she knows her stuff. Chad amazed us with his unbelievable knowledge of wine and wine refrigeration. The service he provided was first class! AND what was interesting he mentioned that it wasnt even his specialty. We got the wine fridge earlier than expected too. Chad and Direct appliance exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Chad and Direct Appliances!!

Our washer broke Thanksgiving day. We spoke to Chad at Direct Appliance and discussed our needs. Within a couple hours, Chad helped us find and purchase a high quality washer/dryer and scheduled us for delivery the very next day.
