Hands down the best Autozone I’ve been too. I visited a few days ago because I was told my issues with my car were more than likely my battery. Although I was there for a while which was only because they were extremely busy. I heard rude people and saw impatient people there and not one time did I see any employee get upset or frustrated and trust me I was there for a while due to my own car issues. I was helped by a couple of team members that day. It started with Andrea, she was being pulled back and forth and she checked on me a couple of times while I was waiting on Tristian to finish helping a couple of other people with the same problem as me “the battery “. She assured me she didn’t forget about me. The fact she checked on me made me feel like I was in the right hands. I didn’t mind waiting anyways. After my battery was tested and we realized I definitely needed a new battery. Arthur also stated if I could wait he would try to assist me because the way my battery was in that car was hell on wheels. He was also helping someone before me. Me realizing ok they are going to busy for a while and I know my battery is hard to take out. I’ll just purchase it and get out the way. But my car had other plans. Now I had to stay and get assistance. So Tristan started I will help you. It took Tristian and I in the cold mind you, I know at least 25 mins just to get the cover off the battery to even begin to change it and yes it was cold out there, but he did not give up and helped me to the end. Had I gone anywhere else. I know I would have been left on my own. I was still having a slight issue so I went back and spoke to Anthony, he checked everything and it was good but he offered with no hesitation to just make sure everything was secured properly and my problem has gone away. This is the best team of employees I have ever came across where everyone was willing to help with no hesitation. Thank you so much! I started to freak out until they took the time to help me in my time of need. My favorite store. I will tell anyone to come to Dacula. Yes Dacula. Thank you thank you.
I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to a rep, Elijah. I needed a passenger side brake light and he suggested the LED lights because they last longer. Previously, I noticed that my brake lights were wearing too quickly. Upon check out he advised me that he could install BOTH. There was an issue with the "socket" or whatever it's called that housed the driver's side brake light. He looked up the part, it was in stock, and he installed it as well. A1 customer service! Again, THANK YOU!
