“It gives me great pleasure to write a review on a business that goes above and beyond. I am a personal friend and conservator of one of the residence at The Grove Memory Care facility. My experiences have exceeded my expectations. My friend has been in the facility since early 2022. I am responsible for taking care of his personal needs like shopping, going to the doctor, in some cases picking up medical supplies, etc. The staff at The Grove has consistently responded to my requests to have my friend ready for the occasion dressed appropriately and ready to go. In addition, I am a real stickler about cleanliness. I find the facility always in very good condition, very clean including my friends room. Currently my friend needs a medical cream applied to his skin. He can reach many areas of his own body and the areas he cannot reach, the staff takes care of on a daily basis. Another indicator that the company is well run is the level of happiness and satisfaction I see in the other residence. I am always impressed with how sensitive the staff is to their needs and how consistently they demonstrate patience and compassion when serving the residence. If any one would like to chat with me about the facility, please as Chris to provide my phone number and I am happy to talk to interested people. As a another note, I knew nothing about this facility until I came to help get my friend settled. He was placed there by his son and it was by chance we got such a quality company.”

“Wow, I don’t even know where to begin! We began seeing Jessica when I was 8 weeks pregnant & immediately I felt at ease with her calm, warm demeanor and personality. She was able to show my an ultrasound of my little one right then and there at our first visit! Her care throughout my pregnancy was so smooth. Labor and Delivery made me feel confident in my abilities to have a child naturally unmediated at the birthing center due to her continual reassurance and praise. She was flexible and listened to my concerns, and suggestions always allowing me to decide what was best for the baby and I. Postpartum care made me feel well looked after as she came to visit me multiple times to check in how I was recovering & check in on baby. She was always available and for that i am so thankful. I had my baby 2 months ago and we still communicate! I can’t wait to have her as our midwife for our future children!”
