“Since the last week of August of last year, I served as a liaison for my cousin’s project and many vendors and contractors; United Site Services was one of the first to help us out with the two essentials of any big construction project, metal fence and portable restrooms! The changing demands of job site can be challenging, but with a vendor such as USS it feels like partnership! Everyone that had answered my calls had resolved our issues within the hour if not the day, as our business needs grew and the service needed extending, the quality of USS’s response has continued to stand out as excellent, from the numerous phone agents (too many names to list)to the service drivers (our regular Flor-that does a fantastic job and records any issues I’ve reported to her) , efficiency and excellence are the marks and badges of everyone that we contacted in this business. While one might argue that it is premature to praise a vendor prior to end of contract; I beg to defer as to give credit when credit is due while we are all still alive! “Last evening my dryer went out, and I'm low on funds till the end of the month. I have lots of laundry I still have to do and the fact that my dryer went out was very annoying. However, I called up the folks at SAS appliances and they were more than willing to assist me with the technical issues as well as giving me a great rate for the parts I needed to replace! If you're on a budget and need some appliances or replacement parts for your appliances , I highly recommend this place. I moved into my first starter home 3 years ago and their prices for washers and dryers are unbeatable. They are refurbished however but repaired with the utmost care and skill. The only reason my dryer went out was because of the breaker fuse and that was my fault, given I sprayed aerosol freshener of the back of the dryer while it was running causing a short in the circuit breaker. But for the last two-and-a-half years the washer and dryer have been running like Champs.”

Buy a restored piano, or get one restored. The craftsmanship and detail they put into each instrument cannot be beat. I hope to have them restore another piano of mine someday.”

They also offer home delivery, since I am unabled to stand or walk this was great. My wheelchair was deliver the next day, and the delivery person help with making adjustments so the wheelchair fit me perfectly. Everyone I delt with was happy and caring. I love my wheelchair the size was perfect and was easy to fit thru doors and we didn't have to move any furniture. And fit into our car with no problem. And prices were very fair. “I've had many of Lisa's cheesscakes and they are all amazing! I've had blueberry, strawberry, banana, pumpkin, cherry and recently I had her peach (was so yummy)which is now my favorite ( I say that after every new one I try lol) . If you like cheescake you will LOVE her cheescake I highly recommend it. Her packaging of the cheesscakes are very unique she boxes them up and puts cellophane paper around the box and it adds a nice touch especially if its a gift for someone else. I will be purchasing more for sure!”
