“I was bit nervous after all reading all low star reviews. I don’t know the reason with them for delays but to me it is super fast. Lady working at guard shack is very polite and helpful. People working at receiving desk by door 138 are also very polite and professional including Capstone logistics. My Appointment was 10:30 pm , checked In an hour early and was out at 11:00 PM. You can checkin upto 4 hours early , if door available they’ll assign you door right away. Definitely come back.”

The ceremony, the setup and the viewing went smoothly and she walked us through each step. Honestly she was God sent not just through the funeral process but in our talks. She helped my family on a personal level understand exactly what to expect and was sensitive to our feelings. She listened to our request and made sure everything was how we wanted it down to each detail. In addition we never felt any added pressure. It seemed like everything was just taken care of so we could attend to each other instead of the added stressors that come with burying a loved one.
