“The site is hidden in a secluded area close to the river. I like it because everytime I have visited, it has been a clean, quiet and peaceful place. I have walked the area at different times of the days and I have always felt safe. The residents seem friendly. If I had to live in mobile housing, this would be my first choice.”

“Surrounded by water for fishing swimming boat Whatever adventure you're planning small sites can be crowded along the bottom. Holidays can be very loud but they do give you fair warning about that.”

“The staff is amazing and friendly! Most rooms are pretty small but the I guess you could call "suite" has 2 queen beds, a kitchenette and is perfect for long term stays. Walls are pretty thick and multiple stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Rooms are clean also!! 10/10”

“It's a little expensive in my experience, which is 15+ years working for various hotels across the country. The rooms are clean, but old. The bathroom shower was missing the grab bar and lots of cracked floor tiles. The towels were obviously really old and small and there was only 2 for a 4 person room (2 double beds). The floors in the room were dirty. Vacuumed but not well. After getting out of the shower and walking around barefoot for about an hour my feet were black. The beds were rickety, one way too soft and worn and the other pretty hard, but springy. Decent newer flat screen TV, satellite, clear and crisp which is better than I'd expect from a small motel like this. The AC didn't work very well and took forever to get the room barely cool, but it's probably 20+ years old. The pool area was clean and the water perfect on a hot day. But the employees were very nice, friendly and helpful. They brought us more towels promptly and on a 107° day kept the pool open all night even though it's normally closed at 9. Check in was fast and pleasant. Parking was tight, not suited for large vehicles so no rvs or trailers, but it wasn't awful. I've stayed in worse and taking the age of the building into consideration it wasn't bad. Guests were quiet, I felt safe and the employees were great. But I would have expected to pay less than $100 for this place, not $120. But I'd recommend it if you need a quick stay. And it's right off the main road close to food.”

“I’ve lived here for five years and sometimes I wish I lived somewhere else but for the most part I feel safe here and get along with almost everybody. As long as you stay to yourself and don’t try to get into other peoples business then it’s great here. The best part is that it’s my place to live and I say who comes and goes. Every place is what you make of it.”

“This is a mobile home / RV park with the only amenities being a laundry room and mail service. Its quiet and they let you make your space your own, but rent has been steadily going up and up over the last 5 years or so.”

“Hidden little peace and quiet. Nice community of like minded people, no one driving or racing through unless they belong there. its got a great view of the sunrise, sunsets and stars. The self appointed manager seems to be a little busy minding others business oh, is that supposed to be Minding her own business? But, hey, thats what park managers seem to do best, they get to know their neighbors and treat them like a family or at least a distant relative :) otherwise they all say she's harmless, but I believe the good and bad weigh even enough to create a well balance. She is a real person and not run by a large entity from another state, she's the real deal and that has pros and cons. Overall, if I were to pick a park to live, this one would be on my list personally, due to the views, the solitude, the pool, the great open spaces not next to any residential development. its nature all around, priced well and its clean.”
