Best Buy

I took the survey and provided a 10 star rating as well as "excellent " all around. First time purchasing a "big" item at Best Buy. I ended up spending $500 less than my budget, purchased anti-virus and the Best Buy Membership/protection. I left my new lap top overnight but I left feeling extremely confident about my purchase. I appreciated the text notifications from Geek Squad and how easy it was to schedule my pick-up appointment. My schedule was hectic so I had to reschedule a couple times but the whole process was easy. Need to make an appointment because my touch pad is not working. I purchased a wirless mouse but would like to get things checked out. Regardless, my experience at the store and with Geek Squad was great.

It was great!. We ordered by phone, drove to Best Buy, walked in, our order was ready and we were home in 15 minutes. Loved it. 😍

Go there for all my electronic needs. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Love their fast delivery service and large selection of products available in the store to choose from.
