Dr West and his staff are always professional and personal at each visit. Their offices are always clean and offer a welcoming feel. The technology they use is state of the art and i couldnt be more pleased with my results. They are flexible in setting up a payment schedule that worked for our budget. Definitely recommend!!!

Dr West and staff are AMAZING!! Their new Modesto location is beautiful and works great for quick appointments. Scheduling is never a problem and I love the appt reminders! Dr West works miracles with my stubborn teeth. I’m so looking forward to having a beautiful smile, without the braces!! Dr. West and his staff are a blessing in my life and I am extremely happy God led me to them. Have you ever felt uncomfortable to do something as simple as smile? Well I did! My front teeth were very high and so it appeared as though I was missing my front teeth. This affected the way I talked and the way I ate. For years I’d never smile with my teeth because I was embarrassed. I was also embarrassed about being a thumb sucker. Little kids and adults would ask me what happened to your teeth? Where are your teeth? Why do you talk like that? Why do you cut your corn off of the cob? Why can’t you eat ribs without cutting it off the bone? I did this because my front teeth didn’t touch. These questions made me even more self-conscious until the day I decided to make an appointment at Dr. West’s office. His name stuck out to me not only because my dentist referred me to him but also because years prior my sister had told me about a Dr. West she saw. She said he was extremely kind hearted and she knew he wasn’t in it for the money but he seemed to truly care for the patient. I had made other appointments before and received estimates of the work I needed to have done and they were nice too but never did I ever feel the way I felt in his office. From the moment I walked in I felt the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Not just one or two but all of them. I hesitated on being honest about the thumb sucking but knew he couldn’t help me if I didn’t tell him everything. The first staff member Katie brought me back into a room and I let her know why I was there and told her everything. She made me feel so safe and secure and unashamed. She let me know they were there not to judge only to help me. A little later Dr. West came in the room and shook my hand to introduce himself and just as nice as Katie was Dr. West was the same. He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. He never once made me feel uncomfortable or judged. He asked me what would you like to get from your teeth? I told him I don’t want to suck my thumb and I want a beautiful smile. He told me if I do my part he can give that to me. So now came the other part I was worried about. How much? His cost was the same if not lower than my other quotes and his quote didn’t include surgery. He felt he could give me what I wanted without it. They were so willing to help get the cost down as low as possible and affordable for me. I don’t remember all of his words that day but I can tell you he told me he wanted to help give me a beautiful smile. I felt the sincerity of his voice and knew he wasn’t there to just collect a check he was there to help me change my life. To him I will forever be grateful. Here I am about a year later and nothing has changed. The staff are all extremely caring and helpful and Dr. West is just as caring and sincere today as he was a year ago. Even the wait time is good. Rarely do I ever have to wait long. The best thing of all is I already have a gorgeous smile and I am not even done yet and no thumb sucking. If you are contemplating on who to choose for your orthodontist Dr. West is the man to see. He does great work and has a great heart. Something that’s not easy to find. Thank you all for everything! Great to get braces on. I got my braces when I was in 6th grade through West. Treat the patients and their family well. They have a little celebration when the braces finally come off.
