In the office, the owner was upfront and thorough with all the information we would need to know about our new spa! We love our spa so much and are able to use it everyday!!!

(September 27, 2021, 3:02 pm)Always the best customer service and a very well made product! I’ve owned my United Spa for 14 years!!😲 and It is still going strong! I am just finally replacing the original spa cover and having it looked at for a new heating element, and we replaced the digital control panel as well, but we use our spa a lot and after 14 years that is more than I ever expected it to last!!! I’m happy to use them for the new parts and service and know it will be many more years of use out if it!! Thank you to Eleanor for all her help in getting my service taken care of and if you are thinking of buying a spa this is the ONLY place to go!
I always tell people best investment I ever made in our home was our United Spa! Happy Soaking!😀
