“I've stored my stuffs for over 4 years now and Angela was the manager when I started. Everything was always clean, no bugs or critters and Angela was the best! For the 1st time I had an issue so went into office about an hour ago to leave a note for Angela to contact me when she was in the office...SHE'S NO LONGER THERE! So far over the last week I've seen 3 different people in office and none of them could answer my question. The gentleman there today told me they haven't decided on a manager yet! I'm concerned about the quality of that storage facility. 4 plus years is a long investment, approx $10,000. Seriously thinking of leaving!”

If you come too early or at night, there’s a huge dirt parking spot near the Cheveron at the corner to park at. I showed up an hour early and they immediately gave me a door. Unload time for me took an hour and a half. It may be different for everyone, I brought a load of potatoes. Staff was really friendly.”

“I was bit nervous after all reading all low star reviews. I don’t know the reason with them for delays but to me it is super fast. Lady working at guard shack is very polite and helpful. People working at receiving desk by door 138 are also very polite and professional including Capstone logistics. My Appointment was 10:30 pm , checked In an hour early and was out at 11:00 PM. You can checkin upto 4 hours early , if door available they’ll assign you door right away. Definitely come back.”
