Allowed us to upgrade from reservation on day of picking up the rental, as well as extend our contract the day we were to bring it back. So, accommodating to our needs. Vehicle was nice and roomy and clean and a pleasant experience that causes me now to want to buy the vehicle. Totally enjoyed the moment during our mini vacation to the central coastline that we wouldn't have been able to take if not otherwise helped by Enterprise. Thanks for making it possible.

I rented a car for a weekend trip using the company's app.

Pros: app was easy to use, appointment booked easily, car was like new and clean

Cons: Local site was closed and I wasn't informed until 15 mins before car pick up, ended up waiting in the heat for a bit cause the rental was coming from another city. Also, adding drivers to the contract is not simple, it requires a credit card.

Overall, I enjoyed my first experience with a rental car company. I would use this service again and I recommend it as well.

Awesome place. Me and my boyfriend went on a last minute, week long trip and didn't want to put the miles on our car. No other car rental agency was able to help us on such short notice. We had called this place early in the morning and nothing was available, but after an hour or so and no luck anywhere else, we went here and luckily someone had just returned a car. The customer service is awesome and very helpful. They will do everything they can to help you get what you are looking for. Great cars that are great on gas! Fast and friendly service.
