Melinda is great. She gives you all the time you need to try on as many frames as you want and doesn’t step in unless you ask for help finding what you’re looking for. She is friendly, yet professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. She communicated with my insurance carrier and let me know what my coverage was and what I would owe depending on which of three options I chose. She works quickly and accurately. Only had 2 concerns, they gave me bbq wings instead of the Buffalo hot that I had ordered but was not gonna go and waste gas to trade it, and the garlic cheese bread can use a bit more garlic flavor to it. Other than that it was tasty and fresh and we will definitely be ordering again soon!”
