Proud to say my husband works for them. They are by far the best trucking company. They truly care about us. Family is very important to them. Cheema knows we work hard out here and they take care of us and get us home to spend time with our family. We greatly appreciate and are proud for the opportunity to work for Cheema Transport.

This is my first week with Cheema Transport. I stumbled upon them while looking for another company with a similar name. Since they were willing to pay for experience (20+ years) I have took a leap of faith and hired on.

Orientation is less than one day. They will arrange travel if you don't drive your car to Kingsburg. They have brand new Cascadia's with inverters and fridges. I got a new one my first day. All of the staff are very friendly and appreciative of the driver's. Nina, Natalie, and Jorge were very helpful getting me up to speed.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the pay structure on the Texas runs. Jorge went to bat for me, and made it right. So far, I love how I'm being treated.

Josh and Izzy in dispatch have been very patient with me. I took a 3 years absence from driving, so my first week was stressful. They did an an excellent job giving me extra sleep. I plan to stay with Cheema as long as I can. Everyone showed me respect from the start, so I've given it back.

I am one of there drivers and have been since Feburary. If your looking for a new home...this is it. You are treated like family and treated with respect and not treated like your a number.
