Love the friendly people, manger is fast on her feet and a get the job done kinda lady, problem solved!

I love living here ...it's family oriented and it's friendly..if you need help with Anything the residents in the mobile home park will go out of their way to help..the manager Tracy Jordan is the most wonderful gifted lady..She will go out of her way to help as well..She works in the office but 99 percent of the time she is outside working around the park making this park looking it's best..She has done a lot of work since working here and she has done a wonderful job of it..she has made a big difference..ty and hope you all enjoy this park like we do..

Very nice little 55+ community. Everyone is very friendly, the residents give it a feel like you have a bunch of grandparents, it's very comforting. The grounds are well kept and astetically appealing.

This park isn't a bad place to live. The park owners are new and are working on cleaning out the trash. As far as the last review by Christine, I don't know why she felt the need to post pictures of my yard. We were new to the park and were installing a hard line on our sewer as per the law requires. We put buckets under the pipes in case of leakage. So because we were being responsible and conciderate adult people she felt the need to post pictures. Wow! Why is my driveway of concern to her? There is nothing wrong with my driveway. The trash can on it's side she must have spilt over just for the picture. The people of the park are here because they fell on hard times. I haven't had a problem with anyone living in the park and we have been here for 2 months.
