(February 28, 2019, 11:17 am)I have been to many different clinics in Tulare County depending on the area I've lived. This one is the cleanest and friendliest one I've been to. The staff is very polite. And the doctor never seems to be irritated at answering any questions I have and seems to actually want to help me with my health issues. Also the lady at the front desk when she feels its a personal matter being discussed out there she lowers her voice. Very appreciative of that.
