Daniel is communicative, punctual, friendly and professional. Made an appointment for an estimate. Called to confirm, arrived on time. Estimate was very fair (MUCH better than one of their competitors who charge double for service call). When I said I wanted to go ahead and have the work done, he said he could do it the same day and did so. Considering the job was to rekey 20, yes 20, locks and make 11 new keys, accomplishing the job on the same day is a huge convenience of me, as well as very impressive on their part. Happy, recommend and will call on DR Lock & Safe again. Thanks!

Amazing, Highly Recommend !!!! My wife and I just purchased a new home and need to have it rekeyed and also have our mailbox opened and keyed because the previous owners didn't leave it for us. DR LOCK & SAFE came out the very next day and had by far the best pricing and even only charged us a $200 flat when our total ended up being $211. I just got off the phone with Dave, and though he hasn’t been out to unlock my door yet, I know he’s going to do a fantastic job because I have used his services in the past. It was two years ago and I did not leave a review at that time, but he helped me get back into my apartment during an incredibly difficult time. He was very compassionate and he got me back in quickly. I called him today to help me get into a bathroom at a business that I co-own. His rates are less than half of what I was quoted from other locksmiths. I meant to call him first, but I couldn’t remember which service he worked for. I was so relieved to reach him on the phone and to hear that he is available to come out to our business today and help us. I have no doubt that he will take great care of us the way he did me when I needed his help two years ago. If I don’t change this review that is exactly what happened.

The owner, Dave answered the phone himself. Told him I had a safe that we were unable to get back into and he asked for pictures and made an appointment within 24 hours.
Not only was he on time but was in the safe within 20 minutes.
He is my new go to guy for locksmiths.
