It’s never easy having to walk into a funeral home. When you walk into Salser and Dillard everyone is extremely comforting. In the last five months our family has had extreme losses. Isaac has been hands down the most helpful consultant. He has really gone above and beyond for our family. I am also truly grateful to Josh for continuing to check up on us to make sure our family is ok. Andrea, just your soothing voice and being understanding with the entire process of every email and phone call. I want to give a huge thank you to all the staff at Salser and Dillard, especially to Eddie Pena. You were so patient with my mom and my aunt and you made sure our needs were met. You were so empathetic to our family in our time of need. I knew we selected the right place from the moment we had to make the call. Everyone knows that having to make the call right after our love one passes is our most fragile state of mind when things are blurry and nothing make sense of what comes out of our mouth but dealing with a team like Salser and Dillard made everything that much easier. The service and the setup was everything and more we could of asked for.... from the coordinators making sure everything was set just right to the ushers greeting every family with a sincere smile that came through and especially to father Rod who gave a wonderful genuine service to my grandma and aunt . My grandpa passed away in August of 2019 and it was one of the hardest times of my life and the lives of my family members. Making funeral arrangements is one of the most difficult tasks a family has to make after losing a loved one, but Salser and Dillard made it so easy and so stress free. My family and I felt so at ease knowing that Salser and Dillard was going to take care of the arrangements and let us celebrate the life of my grandpa instead of worrying about the logistics of the services.
