Wish I noticed the young woman's name that helped me because I owe her a shout out for directing me to the proper pair of shoes for my needs (bunions on both feet and need to exercise and have comfort with daily wear). She listen and observed and found solutions. Great experience. Not overly fond of return policy but can't have it all.

Attentive customer care. I was listened to and well attended to. Even with other customers being waited on I was informed on what was required for my feet. I was asked plenty of questions which put my mind at ease to the level of knowledge I received. I found two pairs (Altra) of sneakers one for running and one as a cross trainer for lifting and general workouts. As a person with a wide foot and intense heel pain… all my needs were met with these shoes. I now feel as if I’m walking on clouds. I also purchased 2 sports bras (Brooks) that made my heavier chest feel well supported and ready for future runs. Thank you so much for the time you took on me today!

Excellent service. If your new to running and need to be properly fitted for shoes this is your place in Visalia. They don't have a huge selection, but they make up for it with quality service and advice. Lots of other running gear as well.
