Scott was awesome in explaining the details of our policies. I chose him because a previous agent at another firm did not value relationship. Scott does. In addition, we got better coverage for auto, home, umbrella, and earthquake for fewer dollars annually.

If we do ever feel the need to contact them they answer immediately and they respond with an answer not just an email telling us they are going to be responding. Look into their Financial Services as well because we feel our money has never been better taken care of and the advice we get regarding our investments is very thoughtful and honest.
