Matt was very helpful! I took my computer in yesterday and it was ready today!

As a business owner it was very stressful when your computer doesn’t work. I had my desktop quickbook installed into that computer. Payroll was due, income tax is coming up, getting W-2 out to my staffs was crucial. Matt got the job done! I highly recommend this place. Definitely coming back if I have future issues.

Hi wanted to take a minute and thank the gentlemen over at Total Knowledge computer service. It was Friday after noon and my computer has hacked into and locked up. I am starting a new business so time is very important to me. They told me to come straight and they would evaluate my computer. They found that someone had installed a porthole to gain access to my computer without my knowledge. They took care of the issues, removed the threat and I was able to pick it up before closing.

i feel pretty fortunate to have found the only place I will take my tech issues. I feel like they are more than willing to explain things to me in a way that I can understand and are competitively priced for repairs and new gaming systems. I have been a regular customer for several years and see them for all of my computer needs.

Great experience overall. The staff are friendly and attentive. They were able to fix my laptop quickly, having it ready the next day. They even took the time to explain the issues my laptop had on a level that I could understand, as I am not tech savvy. This will definitely be my go to place from now on. Highly recommended.

I dealt with Matt who impressed me with his knowledge and advice. My hard drive crashed and they are in the process of trying to salvage my data and transfer it to a new solid state drive which was ordered today. I have used them in the past and was pleased.
