“I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience today. I was looking for a new dentist and hadn't been to the dentist in a year. I called per my sister's recommendation and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions about my insurance. I went into my appointment to fill out the new client paperwork and was called by Karen (who has worked there for years!) for a mouth scan. I loved her humor and we had a great conversation. She also educates you! Then Dr. Chandler came into double check my teeth to see if any work needed to be done. He was also friendly and professional. Karen was able to get me in for a cleaning with Ellen, who was phenomenal at her job (I try my best to have good dental hygiene so i think that helped) and I enjoyed our conversation. The environment at the office was very welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable. It helped to lower the anxiety of visiting a dental office, especially if you haven't been in for a check up in a while. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Keith Williams, though I have yet to meet Dr. Williams himself.”

“My 5 stars are ONLY for Doctor B. Johnson. He's very professional, takes time to listen and explain. He's an excellent Doctor and I have nothing but Good things to say about Doctor B. Johnson. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the Staff. They Don't follow up on Referrals or Phone Calls. I have experienced these issues more than once. Apparently it's not just me, my Grandson had the same issue. I believe the Staff is overwhelmed and Need more training on handling referrals and returning phone calls. I managed a medical clinic in the past, so I'm familiar with what it entails to run a busy clinic. I also worked as a medical assistant, so I've been on both sides. It can be overwhelming because there's always so much to do, However Good team work is essential to successfully get the job done. The staff has always been respectful, hopefully they'll get some training and work as a strong Team for the benefit of the many Patients that like me are totally satisfied with the professional health care provided by Doctor B. Johnson and his PA's.”
