“I was looking for a company to do the semiannual service on our HVAC units and someone recommended McGee Refrigeration. I am so glad they did! I’ve had several different companies do this job over the years, but McGee is the best, by far. First, their price for the service was very attractive. Second, they stayed in touch with me, confirming their arrival. Third, the technicians who have been here have been unfailingly polite, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The last time they were here, they ran into a problem with the customer before me and were running late. Rather than just show up late, they kept me posted so that I knew when to expect them. Few companies go to that kind of trouble! Of course, I have no idea about what goes on in their service of the units. If I did, I’d do it myself, I guess! But the units are working reliably, the techs are polite and informative, and the company communicates with me, the customer. I am very grateful to my friend for giving me their name. I’m a customer for life! Highly recommended. Ten stars!”

The guy who appeared to be the owner or manager made a special trip to the warehouse at 5 pm to get them so we wouldn’t have to wait until the next morning. Truckers: while we were waiting I saw them get several 18 wheelers in and out fast. You won’t go wrong here!”
