In support of the two properties sold Wendell vetted all offers to assure the prospective buyer/s had the financial ability to purchase the property. Without this process we could have gone through an entire escrow only to have it fail because the buyer could not get financing. Failure to complete the escrow cost the seller time, money and potentially missing the sales peak period. He also conducted several open houses which resulted in a successful sale.
