I'm so grateful for the Camarillo Healthcare District. They've made my life a little easier with their Caregiver Support Group & REACH Prigram! They also have a GREAT Caregiver Library that is FREE. They offer a lot of other programs that don't deal with dementia; Diabetes & Pain Management are just a couple that come to mind Check them out, you won't be sorry!
Camarillo Health Care District is a great community resource. There are all sorts of classes on relevant health care topics, dance including Funk Fusion and Jazzercise plus counseling and senior activities like the Memory Cafe, a cafe-like meeting place for Alzheimers's patients and their caretakers.
