This allows everyone, irrespective of age, fitness level, and general health conditions, to get nurturing and stimulating workout. In fact, Audrey teaches some basic and necessary skills for taking proper care of your body which we surprisingly don't learn anywhere else. I believe it would be a great idea to teach those kind of skills in schools to provide fundamental and long lasting health benefits for coming generations.”
