Santiago's in Oxnard is absolutely fantastic! I have a 91 Isuzu Trooper that had a major coolant leak when I bought it and I needed to have the engine rebuilt. Jose was extremely helpful and explained exactly what the process was going to be. Throughout the rebuild he was extremely communicative in letting me know where they were at with the rebuild. When time came for me to pick up the Trooper he even offered to have someone pick me up from SB to head back down with them to Oxnard.
When I first started the engine she purred nice and quiet, very different from when I dropped it off! Initially there was an issue with a part that Jose honestly thought did not need to be replaced. I appreciated the fact that they were trying to save me money in the long run. Despite the issue they were very helpful and took care of the problem. Now my Trooper runs like a champ and I couldn't be happier.
I would recommend anyone who needs a rebuild to head down to Santiago's! They do quality work at an affordable price. Thank You Santiago and Jose!
